Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aperioesca ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

5. Content Policy

Aperioesca is a personal meal awareness tool, not a social platform.

No User-Generated Content Sharing:

Photos are analyzed privately on your device
No ability to share content with other users
No public posting or community features
Photos sent to AI for analysis are immediately discarded

Appropriate Use:

The App is intended for analyzing food and meals only
Users should not photograph inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
The AI may reject non-food images

6. Privacy

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Himaschal Pursan and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Remove copyright or trademark notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App
Upload malicious content
Violate others' privacy or rights
Abuse the AI service (excessive requests, automated scripts)

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:
